After Count Regibas's knights began searching for his illegitimate daughter following Celina's death, Celeste adopted the alias Melody Wade and fled to avoid noble obligations. She was found by the Rutleberg family in the capital, becoming their sole maid. Through sheer accident, she intervenes in the lives of those meant to interact with 'Celeste'. For instance, the reincarnated Crown Prince Christopher Von Théolas and villainess Anna-Marie Victirium, who were fans of the otome game and knew her as Celeste, tried to protect her using knowledge from their past lives. They arranged scheduled carriage rides specifically to help Melody avoid knights looking for her father. Despite these efforts to guide her toward her 'role', Melody remained completely unaware she was the Saint. She successfully completed every task with magical clones, leaving Christopher and Anna-Marie to eventually give up on finding 'Celeste' and proceed with their own engagement, as Melody had already accomplished everything required of her while living her dream.
